At Niner Driving School, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional driving education across South Wales. With over a decade of experience, our mission has always been to equip our students with the skills and confidence they need to become safe, responsible drivers. Under the leadership of Andrew Niner, we have successfully trained hundreds of students in areas including Port Talbot, Neath, Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthen, and Cardigan.
As we continue to grow, we're excited to expand our team and are currently seeking six trainee driving instructors—one for each of our key areas. If you're passionate about teaching and want to join a dynamic, supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
At Niner Driving School we want our impact on the environment to be a gentle as possible. Our BMW 118M has a powerful 2L diesel engine which we run on Renewable Diesel.

Andrew Niner
Founder & Lead Instructor
Andrew Niner owns Niner Instructor Training and School. Since moving to Wales in 2013 he has built an excellent reputation for providing quality driving instruction in these areas; Neath, Port Talbot, Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthen and Cardigan.
Previously he trained students in Birmingham and Shrewsbury giving him a wealth of road and training knowledge. Many instructors have only trained in one area and used one driving test centre giving very limited experience.
Before becoming a driving instructor and instructor trainer, Andrew trained as a car mechanic, bus and coach mechanic and the coach driver. He has driven coach all over the UK and Europe and is an expert behind the wheel.
Andrew is a rally driver and supercar instructor. He has also raced superbikes around the Isle of Mann TT course. Andrew Niner is also trained and continues to train in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy.
Leon Morgan-Niner
Booking and Accounting
Leon is a key member of our family team. His rolls include booking, accounting and workshop duties. Leon is a keen motorcyclists and a wizard with numbers. He helps service and maintain our driving school vehicles in our own workshop. He also has his own enterprise fixing motorbikes. Leon also provides a bookkeeping service for our self employed driving instructor partners and other businesses.
Sol Morgan-Niner
Social Media Expert
As his name suggests, Sol is a family member too and a vital part of our team. His rolls include social media promotion, video editing and workshop duties, helping service and maintain our driving school vehicles. He is also a keen motorcyclist and DJ. Sol also provides social media solutions for our self employed driving instructor partners and other businesses.
